PASTIME LLC ("Pastime", "we") operates a café, supplies prepared food, organises recreation, workshops and other education, conventions, booking services, advertising, media placement, market research and information services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Bookings and workshops
Name, phone, event and number of seats, kept for 6 months. For children's workshops, a parent provides the data.
3. Quiz teams and photos
Team names and scores may be published; photos are taken as announced and you may ask not to be photographed.
4. Research and playtests
Participation is voluntary; results are shared with brands only in aggregate.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent, legal obligations, legitimate interests (event safety).
6. Recipients
Payment providers; partners only in aggregate form. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
